Would you like to book an appointment, request a prescription, or do you have an administrative query? Here you will find the most important ways to contact our practice.
Information on multilingual communication
At our practice, we speak German, English, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian and Russian. For enquiries in Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian or Russian, please contact us in person at the practice or by email whenever possible. We cannot always reliably provide telephone assistance in these languages.
Many appointments can be conveniently booked online via Doctolib.

Request a repeat prescription or referral easily by email.
Request a PrescriptionThe prescription will be ready for collection at our practice on the next working day from 3:00 PM. If you would like it to be sent, please let us know in your email!

Acute symptoms
For patients with acute illness, we keep short-notice appointments available whenever possible. Please always contact the practice by phone so that our team can assess the urgency and offer you a suitable appointment.
In a life-threatening emergency, call 112 immediately
Waiting times
We strive to keep waiting times as short as possible. However, acute illnesses or emergencies may still cause delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancel an appointment
Our practice operates a strict appointment system. This means we reserve the scheduled treatment time exclusively for you in order to avoid waiting times. If you are unable to attend an agreed appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel it by phone or email at least 24 hours before the appointment.
In the event of an unexcused no-show or a late cancellation after this deadline, we reserve the right to charge you, in accordance with the legal basis (§ 615 BGB), a flat-rate cancellation fee of 30 euros or the cost of the treatment planned for this appointment.
